Pineapple Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 small can pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and butter.
    Beat 5 minutes at high speed. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for one hour or until golden brown.
