Roast Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. stew meat, cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (No. 2) can tomato juice (24 oz.)
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large kettle.
    Cook all day or at least 6 to 7 hours.
    Add a little hot pepper for a spicy taste.
