Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks, separated
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened (canned) condensed milk
    8 oz. lime or lemon juice
    graham cracker pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 225\u00b0.
    In bowl, mix together egg yolks, milk and lemon peel.
    After mixing, add lime or lemon juice.
    Mix for another minute.
    Pour mixture into shell.
    Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool before refrigerating. Serve cold with whipped cream.
