Broccoli-Cheese And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 packs broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small Velveeta
    1 small onion
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Steam broccoli and set aside to drain.
    Saute the onion in butter until tender.
    Add soups and Velveeta to butter and cook on low until cheese is melted.
    Stir in cooked rice and drained broccoli.
    Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
