Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 c. rhubarb, cut
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. cream
    1 container lite Cool Whip
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed on box.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over top of unbaked cake.
    Pour sugar over rhubarb.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over sugar, if desired.
    Pour cream over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake sides pull away from pan.
    Cool and serve inverted with Cool Whip.
