Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, grated
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix cabbage and salt. Let stand 1 hour.
Squeeze out moisture. Add carrots and pepper.
