Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chopped onion
    1 c. mild cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. creamed corn
    bell and hot pepper
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
Preparation
    Mix onion, cheese, eggs, milk, oil, creamed corn, bell and hot pepper (as much as you like); add meal and mix well.
    Pour into greased hot skillet (two 8-inch.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until done.
