Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Combine milk and pudding in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats spoon (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients.
Stir until smooth. Store in airtight container in refrigerator (3 cups pudding).
