Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
16 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can red beans, drained
cayenne pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain completely.
Add onions and green pepper.
Stir and cook until onions are clear.
Stir in spices. Add whole, peeled tomatoes (do not drain) and cut them up with spoon while stirring.
Add tomato sauce and red beans.
Allow to simmer for 5 more minutes.
Add cayenne pepper to taste.
