Wedding Punch(Serving Size: 50) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. lime sherbet
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemon juice concentrate
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lime juice concentrate
6 juice cans water
4 qt. ginger ale, chilled
green food coloring (optional)
Preparation

Soften sherbet in fruit juices and water.
Add ginger ale just before serving.
Pour over large block of ice or ice ring in punch bowl.
Punch will bubble effectively during early part of serving. Dry ice substituted for ice block will give smoking effect. Brighter green color can be achieved with food coloring.
