Egg And Sausage Scramble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
18 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. garlic and onion flavored croutons
Preparation

Cook and stir sausage and heat until light brown; drain off grease and put sausage in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Beat eggs, milk and salt and stir in cheese.
Pour over sausage and sprinkle with croutons.
Bake, uncovered, 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
