Bacon Buttermilk Topper For Baked Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
    2 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spoon over hot baked potato.
    Can store in refrigerator up to 5 days, covered.
