Regal Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate (1 sq. chocolate equals 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa and 1/2 Tbsp. butter)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine corn syrup, sugar and water.
    Cook to soft ball stage (236\u00b0). Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts.
    Add vanilla. Slowly add evaporated milk and mix thoroughly. Cool. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
