Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 green pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
Parmesan cheese
catsup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and catsup.
Pour into greased casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; dot with catsup.
Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
