Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    22 large tomatoes
    4 onions
    3 bell peppers
    4 hot peppers
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and onions.
    Chop all vegetables.
    Add spices, sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Cook on low heat until mixture thickens. Must be stirred frequently to prevent sticking.
    Pack into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
