Hungarian Flourless Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. ground nuts
10 Tbsp. sugar
7 eggs, separated
2 oz. butter
4 oz. chocolate
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate together.
Beat egg yolks with sugar until smooth.
Mix baking powder, nuts, butter and chocolate with egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Slowly fold in mixture. Bake in layer cake pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Watch carefully.
