Sweet French Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 onion, cut up in chunks
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender.
    Process on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Best if made day ahead. If you are going to use to whole recipe, will store for a long time, but you may need to run it through the blender again before use.
    Makes 2 cups.
    I usually use this on spinach salad made with bean sprouts and crumbled bacon.
