Sauce For Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 green onions
1/2 bell pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. red cooking wine
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Chop onions and bell pepper; saute in butter until tender. Add lemon juice, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
Mix cornstarch with water.
Add to vegetable mixture along with the red wine. Stir until mixture thickens.
Spoon over baked or broiled fish.
