Party Pecan Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter (soft)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream 1/2 cup powdered sugar and butter until smooth.
    Add vanilla; blend well.
    Stir in pecans.
    Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Shape dough into 1/2-inch balls.
    Place on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove from baking sheets.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
    Store in an airtight container.
