Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. dry bread crumbs
5 c. crumbled cornbread
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
black pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. broth
Preparation

Cook celery and onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Pour over bread crumbs and cornbread.
Add beaten eggs and broth. (If too stiff, add a little water.)
Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
