Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. apple juice
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. and 1 Tbsp. raisins
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    4 1/2 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
    1/2 oz. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except noodles and almonds.
    Add noodles to mixture; toss to coat.
    Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Spoon noodle mixture into pan; sprinkle evenly with almonds.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until lightly browned.
