Hamburger Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped fresh onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can drained bean sprouts
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. rice (not instant)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown chuck in oil; drain off fat.
    Combine ground chuck with rest of ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until vegetables are done.
