Barrett'S Chicken, Broccoli And Penne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. penne
1 oz. olive oil
4 oz. chicken tenderloins
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
8 broccoli florets
4 oz. College Inn chicken stock
2 oz. butter
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
small pinch of crushed red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook penne until al dente.
Keep warm while preparing chicken. Saute chicken in olive oil, lightly browning one side, then turn over.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper and broccoli.
Cook half a minute.
Add stock and butter.
Continue to saute until broccoli is cooked.
Toss in pasta and grated cheese.
Serve at once.
Serves 1.
