Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer
    milk
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Dip the pieces of chicken in milk; coat with flour.
    Place in shallow baking pan; salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Heat in saucepan the pineapple and cinnamon.
    After chicken has baked for 1 hour, pour pineapple mixture over it and bake another 30 minutes.
