Savory Light Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. to 1/2 c. olive oil (depending on diet)
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 large clove garlic, finely minced
    1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. each: sliced green pepper, broccoli flowerets and pea pods
    1 lb. pasta, freshly cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine mustard, vinegar, oil, onions, garlic and tomato.
    Let stand one hour at room temperature.
    Cook pasta according to directions and add green pepper, broccoli and pea pods to pasta and water for the last minute of boiling.
    Add drained pasta and vegetables to mixture.
    Toss lightly.
    Serve immediately.
    Garnish, if desired.
    Serves 4 to 6.
