Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a skillet cook and stir meat and onion in butter until browned.
    Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat through.
    May be served over noodles if desired.
