Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, cook onions in margarine until tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
    Yields 4 (3/4 cup) servings.
