Hot 'N Sour Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean pork, cut in thin strips
1/4 c. fresh mushrooms
8 oz. water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1/2 c. bamboo shoots, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (dried)
1 c. cubed firm tofu
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. water
green onion slices (for garnish)
Preparation

In slow cooker, combine all ingredients, except green onions. Cover.
Cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
Garnish with green onion slices.
Makes 7 to 8 servings.
