Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
vegetable cooking spray
1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. finely chopped fresh spinach
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen bread dough, thawed
3 Tbsp. no-salt sauce (tomato)
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place tomatoes in a medium bowl.
Cover with hot water to a depth of 2-inches above the tomatoes; let stand 15 minutes. Drain; coarsely chop tomatoes and set aside.
