Strawberry Bavarian Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O and 1/2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1 1/3 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. crushed strawberries
1 c. cream, whipped
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O and plain gelatin in hot water.
Add sugar, dash of salt and lemon juice.
Chill until slightly thickened. Add crushed strawberries, then fold in whipped cream and place in baked pie shell.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with additional whipped cream and whole strawberries.
