Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

20 oz. pkg. frozen carrots
20 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower
20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
1 (20 oz.) pkg. each: carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, rolled and crumbled
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Cook the carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cube 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and mix with vegetables. Slice remaining 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and place on top. Place the crackers on top. Melt oleo and drizzle over. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes (uncovered).
