Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    plain pastry
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Line pan with pastry.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into pie tin.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer.
