Skinny Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. onions, chopped
    2 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
    16 oz. can kidney beans
    2 c. tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 pkg. artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Mix meat and onions. Saute until onions are done. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Equals 3 proteins and 1 1/2 vegetables.
