Baked Dove Or Quail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 dove or quail
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. dry vermouth or white wine
1/2 c. water
pinch of Italian seasoning or oregano and thyme
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to 325\u00b0.
Place birds in casserole.
Mix remaining
ingredients
and
add to casserole.
Cover and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, turning and basting birds frequently.
