Chicken La' Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. skinless chicken breast
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced red bell pepper
    1 diced clove garlic
    4 c. diced zucchini squash
    2 c. sliced yellow squash
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. diced onions
Preparation
    Place chicken in fryer with small amount of oil.
    Cook slowly until chicken is tender.
    Drain all oil from fryer.
    Add all ingredients on top of chicken.
    Simmer slowly until squash is very tender, about 1 hour.
    Keep covered while simmering, stirring only when needed.
    Serve from stove top!
    Makes a meal in one, entree with vegetables.
    Tastes great!
    Feeds 4 to 8 persons.
