Chicken Milano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 small garlic cloves, minced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion and garlic until tender. Stir in chicken and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over hot rice.
