Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    20 oz. pkg. broccoli
    2 c. Minute rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (plain or with jalapeno)
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    3/4 soup can milk
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in a little oil.
    Thaw broccoli and drain.
    Cut up into pieces.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly in oven at 375\u00b0.
