Easy Oven Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. brisket, fat removed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 dashes Tabasco
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. liquid smoke
    1 c. catsup
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together salt, pepper, mustard, Lea & Perrins, brown sugar, Tabasco, garlic powder, liquid smoke, catsup and red pepper.
    Pour mixture over brisket.
    Wrap in heavy foil and fasten loosely.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
    After brisket cooks, slice thinly and spread sauce from brisket over each slice.
    Delicious.
