Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel and chop potatoes.
    Cook in water to cover in saucepan for 3 minutes; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into crock-pot.
    Cook on high for 3 hours.
    Yields 10 servings.
