Beet Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork (ribs or roast)
    2 carrots, cubed
    1 can shredded beets
    4 potatoes, cubed
    2 bay leaves
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 onion
    5 slices bacon
Preparation
    Put pork in pot; cover with water.
    Add bay leaves, salt and pepper.
    Cover; simmer for 1 hour.
    Fry bacon and onion until golden.
    Add flour until brown.
    Add vinegar and beets to meat, along with bacon mixture.
    Mix sour cream and 2 tablespoons water; dump in the pot.
