Lemon Fruit Creme(Fruit Dip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. concentrated lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar mixed in 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Beat in a bowl the eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice.
Cook 1/2 cup sugar mixed in 1/2 cup water and cornstarch and stir until thickened in bowl.
Remove from the heat.
Gradually beat the egg mixture into the hot mixture.
Cook and stir until slightly thickened over low heat.
Add vanilla and cool.
Fold in whipping cream.
Chill.
Serve with cut apples, grapes, kiwi, strawberries, peaches, etc.
