Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 head fresh cabbage
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    16 to 20 oz. pizza or spaghetti sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, rice, salt and pepper.
    Break cabbage head into pieces and lay in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer ground beef mixture, then sauerkraut and cover with sauce.
    Add 1/4 cup of water; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Serves 8.
