Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubes stew meat
    flour, salt and pepper (mixed), to cover meat
    1 pkg. seasoning mix or stew seasoning
    3 1/2 c. water
    12 small red potatoes
    3 stalks celery
    4 chopped carrots
    5 small onions
Preparation
    Roll the meat in flour, salt and pepper, then brown in shortening.
    Add seasonings or seasoning mix, 1 teaspoon salt and water.
    Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
    Add vegetables and cook another half hour.
