Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes (frozen)
    1 can cream of potato or cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper (if desired)
    2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except bacon.
    Chop bacon fine and sprinkle (uncooked) on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0, uncovered, in a 9 x 13-inch pan, for 2 hours.
