Oriental Fish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
    2 c. rice
    lemon slices or parsley
Preparation
    Saute
    onion
    in
    margarine. Add curry powder, soup and milk. Mix and heat.
    Cook rice as directed on package. Fry or broil fish
    fillets.
    Place
    rice
    on
    serving platter.
    Pour sauce over
    rice. Arrange fish on top of sauce.
    Garnish with lemon slices or sprigs of parsley.
    Serve immediately. Serves 4.
