Potato And Egg Scramble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. diced, cold, cooked potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
ham, bacon, bologna, toast and jelly
Preparation
-
Saute onion and potatoes in butter or margarine until potatoes are golden brown.
Mix eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over potatoes.
Cook gently, stirring lightly, until eggs are cooked.
Serve with ham, bacon or fried bologna, toast and jelly.
