Sweet And Sour Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    12 oz. chicken breasts, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large red pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
    8 oz. sugar snap peas
    1 small can water chestnuts
    3/4 c. sweet and sour stir-fry sauce
Preparation
    Toss chicken with cornstarch.
    Heat oil in large nonstick frying pan. Add chicken stir-fry 2 or 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp and tender.
    Pour in sauce and return chicken to skillet.
    Then stir for a few minutes.
