Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. onion soup mix
Preparation

Brown beef; drain.
Add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle flour over meat.
Slowly add water; blend.
Simmer, stirring, until thickened.
Mix sour cream and soup; blend with meat.
Return to heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve on toasted bun or wide noodles.
