Noodles Siciliano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 (2 oz.) can anchovies, undrained
    1/3 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    In a medium skillet, heat oil and cook mushrooms until tender.
    Stir in anchovies, olives and parsley.
    Toss mixture with hot noodles. Makes about 2 main dish or 4 side dish servings.
