Deviled Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. green pepper
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
4 hard-boiled eggs, grated
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation

Saute onions and peppers in butter until soft. Add milk and flour gradually and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add to crab meat with grated eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire. Put in crab shells. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Sprinkle paprika on top. Brown under broiler. Can be frozen.
